Bruce D. Block* graduated from the University of Maryland and the
University of Baltimore School of Law and has been practicing with the
firm for more than 25 years. He has been a speaker for the Maryland
Vocational Educational and Work Adjustment Association, the Maryland
Workers Compensation Educational Association and the Maryland Institute
for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers.
Sean P. Kavanagh**
graduated from the College of William and Mary and the University of
Baltimore School of Law with honors. Mr. Kavanagh has managed our
Richmond, VA location since 1992 and recently became a partner in the
firm.
An honors graduate of
Western Maryland College and the University of Baltimore School of Law,
Paul R. Schlitz, JR.* has over twenty years of experience representing
Social Security claimants. He routinely speaks at community groups such as
the Lupus Foundation, Cancer Survivors Group, Heart Transplant Group and
MS Society. He is a presenter at the Spring 2005 conference for the
National Organization of Scial Security Claimants' Representatives. Mr. Schlitz oversees our
Hagerstown, MD location.
W. James Nicoll*
graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Business Administration. He completed his law degree
at the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude
in 1995.
