Take EXIT 32B into HAGERSTOWN. Follow Dual Highway for a few miles. It will turn into a one way street (FRANKLIN STREET) once you enter the downtown section of Hagerstown. Once you pass over the intersection of POTOMAC AVENUE, make sure you are in the left lane. Make a LEFT into the parking lot of the Chevy Chase Bank, across the street from the post office.
